TeamTools setup consists of three simple steps:
- Enter the email address of a Google Workspace admin
- Install TeamTools from the Google Workspace Marketplace
- Start a subscription (if you have over 50 users)
Until these steps are completed, TeamTools reverts to Basic Mode, which only provides limited data.
If you get a message saying you have no API access, enable access by following the steps here. This, like the second step above, must be completed by a Google Workspace admin. If this is not possible, then you can opt to remain in Basic Mode.
