Enable API access

For TeamTools to access your G Suite data, your G Suite instance must be configured to allow API access by third party apps. If API access is disabled,  your G Suite administrator needs to navigate to the “Security” page in the G Suite admin console, and ensure that under “API Controls” the “Trust internal, domain owned apps” checkbox is selected.

If API access is enabled, access to your directory still may be blocked by directory settings. In this case, your G Suite administrator needs to enable directory access by navigating to the “Directory settings” page in the G Suite admin console, and ensuring that under “Sharing Settings” that “Enable contact sharing” is selected.
