For TeamTools to access your Google Workspace data, your Google Workspace instance must be configured to allow API access by third party apps. If API access is disabled, your Google Workspace administrator needs to navigate to Security -> Access and data control -> API controls in the Google Workspace admin console here, and under Settings make sure that “Allow users to access any third-party apps” is selected.

If API access is enabled, access to your directory still may be blocked by directory settings. In this case, your Google Workspace administrator needs to enable directory access by navigating to the “Directory settings” page in the Google Workspace admin console, and ensuring that under “Sharing Settings” that “Enable contact sharing” is on.
