iOS
1. Open Safari and go to TeamTools at http://app.teamtoolsapp.com, then click the share icon 
2. Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen
Android
1. Open Chrome and go to TeamTools at http://app.teamtoolsapp.com, then click the more icon 
2. Scroll down and select either Add to Home Screen or Install App, whichever appears
