If you haven’t already, add TeamTools to your Google Apps account by clicking here and clicking the “Install App” button. Then choose a subscription to sign up for (even if it’s a free one) by going here.
You may also have to go to the Google Apps Admin console, and under Security check the “Enable API access” checkbox.
